About Us


Our occupational therapy program provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for children, birth through adolescence.

The focus of therapy is to improve functional skills by incorporating sensory motor, psychosocial, and self-care practices that are required for a child to move toward independence.

Our occupational therapy staff is composed of highly trained professionals who are devoted to helping children engage fully in all aspects of life.

We concentrate on skills needed for daily routines such as:

  • Sensory processing and organization
  • Gross and fine motor skills
  • Coordination and balance
  • Therapeutic play
  • Hand use development
  • Visual perceptual and visual motor skills
  • Academic skills such as following directions, problem solving, handwriting and computer basics
  • Self-care skills such as feeding, dressing, and toileting
  • Recommendation, training, and use of adaptive equipment
  • Socialization skills
  • Development of self-esteem
