You can click the Wait List Sign Up button below to establish your kiddo's spot on our wait list.  This will hold your child's place of priority for services.  If you change your mind at a later date - no big deal!  After completing the short online form and submitting it, we'll contact you to confirm receipt and answer any questions you may have.
